Shipping & Returns
Items which are in stock usually ship on the next business day after your order is placed. Occasionally this might not be possible in which case we will notify you promptly.
Shipping times are supplied by our postal carriers and are indicative only.
Any item may be returned in original condition for any reason within 30 days for a full refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. If the item is found to be defective, shipping charges
will also be refunded.
All hardware items carry a 12 month return-to-base warranty, and will be replaced free of charge with the same or equivalent item. We may offer a refund at our option.
